You Can't Do It Wrong
The Holidays always seem to bring out the "grief" in people. As a child I remember soaking up the emotions of those around me like a sponge, getting it, yet not quite getting it. The mixed messages of sadness combined with the knowledge that my dad was somehow happier and in a better place; somewhere out there... In Heaven.
"Eden and Her Joy" really is coming soon and in it I answer my lifelong question of what it all looks like. It is of course my perspective that can be viewed and discussed in many different ways. By now you should know that I will tell you, "You can't do it wrong."
I pray that Eden will touch the hearts and minds of many. I pray that just one child will find "the peace that passes all understanding" within its pages.
I pray that I will continue to grow in peace as I share this dream, this story, this hope for all of mankind. It is what I want for my loved ones, it is what I strive for at the end of my earthly journey.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to grief, but there is healing in believing. There is healing in connection with others!
If you know a child that has experienced loss I hope that you will consider "Eden and Her Joy" as it will soon make its debut. I plan to do author visits and readings for children in schools, as well as private venues. I am also looking forward to teaching Emotion Belly Yoga classes Yoga7even - Quincyspecifically to children that have experienced loss.
